Abstract:
The synthesis process of Sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate as Anionic Surfactant was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the amount of catalyst was n (reactant): n (catalyst) = 5: 1; the reaction time was 5 h, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃, and the conversion of diphenyl ether was 82%. The optimum reaction conditions for sulfonation of fuming sulfuric acid are as follows: w(SO3)= 15%; Reaction temperature 35 ℃; Reaction Time 1 h;n (reactant): n (fuming sulfuric acid) = 1: 2.5; The number of sulfonic acid groups was 1.90. The optimum reaction conditions for sulfonation of chlorosulfonic acid are as follows: reaction time 20 min;n (reactant): n (chlorosulfonic acid) = 1: 5; Reaction temperature 15 ℃; The number of sulfonic acid groups is 1.92.

Abstract:
The invention relates to the technical field of the production process of the surfactant, in particular to the production process of sodium dodecyldiphenyl ether disulfonate. The whole production process is clean, environment-friendly and has good effect, sulfonation ability is very strong, sulfonation reaction is fast, no by-product formation; Including the following steps: 1), the new diphenyl ether and recycled diphenyl ether are added into the reaction vessel, the reaction vessel is turned on, the vacuum pump is started, vacuum the reactor, open the reactor jacket steam, heat up to 80100 ℃, dehydration; 2), after the moisture content of diphenyl ether in the reactor is qualified, stop the vacuum; Add quantitative catalyst to the reactor, stirring was continued until the catalyst was completely dissolved; 3) the temperature was lowered to 5070 ° C., and a quantitative amount of tetra-Polypropylene was started to be added dropwise. After completion of the dropwise addition, the reaction was continued for 12 hours.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of anionic surfactants, in particular to a highly effective bifunctional anionic surfactant sodium dodecyldiphenyl ether disulfonate using tripolybutene as a raw material. The sodium dodecyldiphenyl ether disulfonate is prepared by using tripolybutene as a raw material for alkylation. A more highly branched tripolybutene was used as the alkylation feedstock and as the lipophilic group in the product. The product has better lipophilicity and emulsion retention ability.
sovereignty:
1. A highly effective bifunctional anionic surfactant sodium dodecyldiphenyl ether disulfonate using tripolybutene as a raw material, characterized in that the sodium dodecyldiphenyl ether disulfonate is prepared by using tripolybutene as an alkylation raw material.
Abstract:
The effect of sodium dodecyldiphenyl ether disulfonate (MADS) on the pretreatment of deinked pulp before H2O2 bleaching was studied and compared with the pretreatment effects of diethylenetriamine acetate, ethylenediaminetetraacetate and H2SO4. The results show that MADS is an excellent pretreatment agent. For newsprint deinked pulp, the suitable conditions of MADS pretreatment are as follows: the mass of MADS is 0.6% of newsprint deinked pulp, pH = 10, temperature 45 ℃, time 30 min, the whiteness increase after bleaching can reach 4.6% ISO.
